Emotional Well-being of Parents

The role of emotions is important in family life, yet often overlooked. As well as experiencing great joy, pleasure and pride as you raise your children you also experience stress, anger and worry. The better you are able to master these emotions, the greater your capacity to enjoy family life.

This workshop focuses on the feelings of anger and stress experienced in the daily challenges of raising children and ways of managing them so that you get your own needs met and have confidence and belief in yourself as a parent.

Building Positive Family Relationships

This workshop will show you how to guide your children to become happy & resilient as well as responsible and cooperative. In particular you will learn the principals of building respectful relationships as well as effective communication skills that can be used with the many challenges facing parents today.
