Private sessions are available for parents experiencing challenges in their relationships with their children. The sessions can focus on a range of issues from handling misbehaviours to building connections with your child to setting limits. These sessions can also deal with the stresses that the teenage years bring to the relationship, such as staying influential in their lives, dealing with disrespect & aggression, setting boundaries and staying connected.

Support is also available for parents in their relationship with each other. Each parent will bring their own style of parenting to the family which can create conflict in the home. Building mutually supportive and respectful parenting relationships, whether you live together or apart, is vital to the well-being of children and teenagers.
